- Upon transfer, please notify staff three days in advance if you wish to change the date. You will be allowed three months to complete your stay.
- Kindly prepay 50% of fees charged. Rooms reserved for the first person to transfer funds.
- Check- in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is before 11 am.
- No smoking in all area.

- No deposit refund if any cancellation or changes include the number of rooms or days are made 3 days before check- in date.
- A full refund or 3 months reserve on deposit will be provided when typhoons or earthquakes occur and is officially confirmed by the local government.
- Cancellation made 4 –7 days prior to check-in date : A 50% refund or 3 months reserve ( if change booking name) on deposit.
- Cancellation made 8 –14 days prior to check-in date : A 70% refund or 3 months reserve ( if change booking name) on deposit.
- Cancellation made 15 days prior to check-in date : A full refund , but NT$100 bank fee will be charged or 3 months reserve ( if
change booking name) on deposit.

- Binge-drinking, making loud noises, partying at the house, drugs and fireworks or firecrackers are not permitted. Once the disorderly
behaviors are found, we will hand it over to the police.
- We do reserve the right to refuse your booking and ask you to leave if numbers exceed the maximum occupancy for that designated room.
- No pets are allowed.
- Out of respect of other guests staying in the South Bay Seaview Hostel and to maintain the quiet neighborhood please keep unnecessary noise to a minimum before 08.00 am and after 10.00 pm, thank you.
- Please treat all furniture and equipment in the room with care, shall any damages occur we reserve the right to claim replacement costs against you in full.
